Children's Liturgy of the Word

What is CLOW?

During Children’s Liturgy of the Word children are dismissed from the adult assembly to hear the Gospel at their level of understanding, talk about it’s meaning for their lives, and enter into prayer with the other children gathered.

The program is for children kindergarten through 5th grade. There is no registration for the sessions.

During the 9:30 AM Sunday Mass, The CLOW adult leaders are called forward and dismissed before the readings from scripture in the adult assembly. The children are then invited to follow the leaders to the Church Hall. Following their celebration of God's Word, they return to the church for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

CLOW is usually the first three Sundays of the month at the 9:30 and 11:30 AM Masses during the school year.
