Registration for NEW families

For grades Preschool through 8 please call the school office at 708-799-5200 x0.

The requirements for registration are as follows:

Original State-issued birth certificate

Baptismal certificate

$200.00 Non-refundable registration fee for K-8

For the 3 year old preschool program your child must be 3 by 9-1-11

For the 4 year old preschool program your child must be 4 by 9-1-11

For Kindergarten your child must 5 by 9-1-11

*Note: In order to register in the school as a parishioner, you MUST HAVE a certificate from the rectory indicating that you are a REGISTERED PARISHIONER. You may contact the rectory office, 799-5400 ext. 200, to obtain your certificate. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD WITHOUT THIS CERTIFICATE. Parish registration takes place the 4th Sunday of each month except for July and December at 10:30 AM in the Church Hall behind the Church (following 9:30 AM Mass). If you have any questions about school registration, please phone Mrs. Dull, 799-5200 ext. 244.
